    Roberto Ortiz is a seasoned professional in the field of structural engineering, with an impressive career spanning over two decades. Roberto has been with the firm since 2000 and now serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer. As the President and CEO of our firm, his expertise and leadership have elevated the company to new heights of success. Roberto's innovative approach and dedication to his work ensure that his firm remains at the forefront of structural engineering and design.

    With a license in structural engineering in California and multiple states across the United States, Roberto is equipped with the knowledge and skills required to tackle complex projects with utmost precision. His proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adapt, Enercalc, Risa, and Excel further amplifies his ability to deliver exceptional results.

    Beyond his professional endeavors, Roberto is a devoted family man who cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones. He also maintains an active lifestyle, indulging in activities such as CrossFit, basketball, and golf, which not only keep him physically fit but also provide a healthy balance to his life.

  • Partner - Chief Financial Officer

    Winnie started with DCSE in 2005 and today serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring its financial stability and growth. She oversees the company's finances, contracts, insurance, human resources, marketing, developing and maintaining client relations, and day-to-day business operations. She recognizes that financial stability relies on efficient operations, strong client relationships, and strategic decision-making. Winnie earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2006.

    When Winnie is not immersed in her work or attending to her role as a dedicated mother of two daughters, she’s an avid concert-goer and a passionate traveler, she seeks inspiration and relaxation in exploring new cultures and experiences.
